Over this past week we have done a lot of work with arguments. I have learned a lot of different techniques to prove an argument wrong. Before this class I have never heard of logical fallacies before; therefore these skills that you taught me helped me a lot with the homework because other wise I would be lost. Also we went over logos, ethos, and pathos. I learned about these terms for the first time last semester in english 110. I feel as though these terms help you when analyzing a piece of writing, and they also help you to reach your target audience. Our homework for the weekend is to analyze an essay of our choice from our book; without this weeks classes I would be stuck and not be able to complete the homework to the best of my ability.
